Kaplan has picked up just one sample question from each subject. When it picks 180 questions for the exam, I expect some to be difficult, particularly when viewed from day1 outcomes perspective...
I notice some of the books you posted as study books are not the most recent, would like to know what informed your decision on these particular books considering that some laws might have been updated...Btw...I really appreciate your blog...very informative..keep up
@Anonymous - I have bought latest ones for substantive law and old ones for lawyers' skills etc. I dont think lawyers' skills have undergone any change in the past few years...

Hey can anyone please help me with the QLTS study material for MCT. I am an overseas student and completely unaware of the subjects to consider as no particular subjects are mentioned on the Kaplan website.
Please be all aware that this organization took my money and never gave me the QLTS training that it was supposed to give me. I was supposed to have access to all units/ mock test for the QLTS and I never got access to it. I paid more than 400p for nothing, and I am now enable to sit the exam in July 2016 because of them. Don't ever subscribe to this...

Anyhow, do you think that the MCT will be similar to the Mock Test you just tried here?
The sample questions on Kaplan website seemed way more simple and a whole lot more general.
